The Digital Academy Training Options
The Digital Academy Certificates are PRIMARILY delivered through L.I.V.E (Live - Instructor Led - Virtual -Education) sessions using Zoom and supported by recorded content that allows additional expansion of topics covered during the L.I.V.E sessions. Custom client training can be completed IN PERSON, L.I.V.E, through Recorded Content, or a combination of delivery formats to meet the specific needs of the training and client preferences.
L.I.V.E (Live - Instructor Led - Virtual -Education) Online Training
Training courses are now offered with a focus on L.I.V.E training (Live - Instructor Led - Virtual - Education) with training sessions being completed over 3 consecutive days (Wed - Thurs - Fri) with two hour live online sessions (9am - 11am PACIFIC; 12 Noon - 2 pm EASTERN; 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm NEWFOUNDLAND).
Following the 3 live online classes students will have access to additional recorded content that will support the topics covered during the live session.
Recorded Online Training
Following the completion of the L.I.V.E. training sessions, students will have access to a variety of recorded content that will support the topics covered during the L.I.V.E sessions.
With the rapidly changing digital environment, the live sessions and the support content will be continually updated to ensure that the most current tools and strategies are covered. Due to the pace of change and the support content, all participants completing one of the Digital Academy Certificates beginning in 2024 will have access to new support content as it becomes available at no additional cost.
In-Person Training
The Digital Academy is able to create custom in-person training at client locations to maximize the interaction and application. In general these training experiences are custom designed by integrating a variety of courses from The Digital Academy, specific business needs, and organizational data to focus on a specific industry or company. This customized approach maximizes the value for the organization and allows in depth confidential discussion that could not be achieved in any other delivery format.
Some in-person training options will be delivered via a hybrid environment with online training options completed either before or after the in-person component to maximize the attendees time.
