OVERVIEW

The Digital Communicator with AI Chat Certificate focuses on ensuring that participants are able to engage their audiences.  Participants will learn how to improve their digital communications, and how to use organic content and messaging platforms to communicate messages effectively to a selected target audience.  The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to engage with audiences through AI chat and conversational AI has allowed more efficient and responsive communication.  Multiple platforms including messaging applications, chatbots, email, and customer relationship management tools are explored.

As social media channel usage moves to a more content consumption format, it is important to address the emerging era of messaging applications and SMS for digital communications and ensure that the content that you are deploying across your digital and social media channels is engaging content deployed on the right channel at the right time.  Once you have started your digital relationship with your existing or potential customers, managing those relationships with current and emerging privacy practices is key and a customer relationship management system can aid significantly in your effective execution.

This course can be completed as part of The Digital Academy Program Certificate & The Digital Academy Masters Certificate when the Digital Strategist Certificate is also completed.

DELIVERY METHOD

Training courses are now offered with a focus on L.I.V.E training (Live - Instructor Led - Virtual - Education) with training sessions being completed over 3 consecutive days (Wed - Thurs - Fri) with two hour live online sessions (9am - 11am Pacfic; 12 Noon - 2 pm Eastern; 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm Newfoundland).  Following the 3 live online classes students will have access to additional recorded content that will support the topics covered during the live session.

With the rapidly changing digital environment, the live sessions and the support content will be continually updated to ensure that the most current tools and strategies are covered.  Due to the pace of change and the support content, all participants completing one of the Digital Academy Certificates beginning in 2024 will have access to new support content as it becomes available at no additional cost.
