The majority of an organizations marketing budgets are being spent on online platforms. However with the wide range of platforms available, both digital & social, being able to determine what type of advertising to pursue and what channels to deploy those ads on in becoming increasingly complex.
The Digital Advertiser Using AI Tools Certificate focuses on paid digital advertising opportunities to effectively reach your selected target audiences. A number of digital & social media channels are explored in conjunction with the individual organizations strategy and target audience, to determine which channels and techniques should be used to optimize your return-on-ad-spend.
There have been significant changes to all the ad platforms and AI tools are an essential component. 2024 also brings the removal of third party cookies making digital advertising processes significantly different than what they have been in the past.
This course can be completed as part of The Digital Academy Program Certificate & The Digital Academy Masters Certificate when the Digital Strategist Certificate is also completed.

The Digital Academy - Digital Advertiser Using AI Tools Certificate focuses on understanding the types of advertising that can be undertaken on a range of digital and social media platforms and how to determine where you should be placing those ads to optimize your return on ad spend. This seminar will address the key decisions including advertising channel, type of ads, creating effective ads, targeting options and payment strategies. The seminar will also explore options for effective advertising in an increasing private digital environment.
DELIVERY METHOD
Training courses are now offered with a focus on L.I.V.E training (Live - Instructor Led - Virtual - Education) with training sessions being completed over 3 consecutive days (Wed - Thurs - Fri) with two hour live online sessions (9am - 11am Pacfic; 12 Noon - 2 pm Eastern; 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm Newfoundland). Following the 3 live online classes students will have access to additional recorded content that will support the topics covered during the live session.
With the rapidly changing digital environment, the live sessions and the support content will be continually updated to ensure that the most current tools and strategies are covered. Due to the pace of change and the support content, all participants completing one of the Digital Academy Certificates beginning in 2024
will have access to new support content as it becomes available at no additional cost.
